In case we haven’t shared the news yet, we would like to introduce a new addition to our growing family of McElroy products designed to help you make your job easier and safer to perform. The McElroy 2LC Fusion Machine Package utilizes a semi-automatic locking cam (LC) system to keep consistent pressure during the cooling phase. The machine makes use of McElroy’s highly regarded Centerline Guidance System and it is intended to butt fuse ells, tees as well as other types of fittings. The machine is largely made of surface-hardened aluminum which keeps its lightweight while also providing better durability. Additionally, the insets and jaws have a multitude of serrations so that there is always a strong, firm grip on the pipe.
The McElroy 2LC joins the existing line of McElroy fusion machines like the PitBull® 26 and Pit Bull® 14 machines, both of which deliver the same optimum level of performance you would expect of a McElroy machine. These machines also make use of the patented Centerline Guidance System to ensure the best efficiency when working with pipe and fittings.
